Prescription Drug Discounts
Michigan Farm Bureau members can save up to 60% off on prescription drugs at any participating Clarity preferred pharmacy when you show your Clarity card (shown below). The pharmacy will verify your eligibility and obtain the discounted cost within seconds. It's that easy!
There are no enrollment fees, no applications to fill-out and one card serves your entire household.
Most Michigan pharmacy chains participate in the Clarity program (i.e. Walmart, Meijer, Walgreens, CVS, Kmart, Target, Kroger, etc.)
Simply print off the card below, fill in the personal information required, and take it along with your "written prescription" to a Clarity preferred pharmacy to fill or refill your prescriptions.

Clarity Mail Order Program
The Clarity program also offers discount prescription drugs through the mail. Fill out the attached prescription form and send it into Clarity to receive your medication by mail.
The Clarity program is "not an insurance benefit"* and cannot be combined with any other discount or insurance programs.

The program administrator may obtain fees or rebates from manufacturers and/or pharmacies based on your prescription drug purchases. These fees or rebates may be retained by the program administrator or shared with you and/or your pharmacy. Certain prescription claims through this program may not be eligible for reimbursement through government-sponsored programs such as Medicare and Medicaid.
