Roadside Assistance
Michigan Farm Bureau and Farm Bureau Insurance are excited about the launch of our new roadside assistance program which will add even greater value to the Farm Bureau membership. Enjoy the peace of mind knowing that help is just a phone call away!
Roadside Assistance Includes:
Towing, Flat Tire Change, Battery Jump, Emergency Fuel, Fluid Delivery and Lockout Service
Signature Level:
Current Farm Bureau members who have comprehensive and/or collision coverage with Farm Bureau Insurance will receive the Signature Level of service. A member simply needs to call (877) 324-6764, which appears on the window clings that will be inserted into every member ID card packet, to receive help with their vehicle. The customer service representative will confirm their coverage and dispatch aid during the same call. Once the aid arrives and service has been administered, the member simply has to "sign off" on the service and the process is complete!
Member Level:
- If a current member does not carry family auto insurance with Farm Bureau Insurance they will receive the Member Level.
- If a member carries auto insurance with Farm Bureau Insurance BUT does not carry comprehensive or collision coverage...they will receive the Member Level.
- If a Farm Bureau member has chosen not to select the optional Emergency Roadside Assistance coverage through Farm Bureau Insurance....they will receive the Member Level.
- If a member has a Business Auto Policy....they will receive the Member Level.
Members who fall under this level will still call (877) 324-6764 and be walked through the same steps; however, the customer service representative will provide the member with 3 numbers of tow truck companies closest to the area where they are disabled. ***It is the responsibility of the member to make the phone call as well as pay for any services rendered.
