Eaton Co. Farm Bureau Participates in Frontier Days
Eaton County Farm Bureau leaders and volunteers joined forces at the Frontier Days Parade Sept. 6, to increase public awareness of the local agriculture organization. Together, they distributed educational literature and member benefit information, along as well as some fun toys and candy along the parade route.
"We were really trying to introduce Farm Bureau to the public and let them know about our amazing member benefits and opportunities", said organizer Holly Schaeffer, who chairs the local group's Promotion & Education committee.
Janson's Equipment partnered with Farm Bureau to bring their parade them "Harvest the Benefits of Membership," to life.
"Janson's drove their combine four hours from Breckenridge to be a part of the parade," Schaeffer said, "We truly appreciate their partnership."
Eaton County Farm Bureau is a non-profit organization dedicated to defending the rights and economic interests of local farmers and agribusinesses. Members have access to numerous cost-saving programs and benefits locally and statewide.
