Farmers are constantly challenged by outside special interest groups that want to impact their market place and production methods, simply in the name of what they believe to be protection. Many times we are targeted by our own employees. Attached is a form, developed by a Farm Bureau member, that is available for your use. It simply asks the employee to sign off on the understanding of their responsibilities and asks them to report any incidence of harm to animals or the environment.
