MEMBERS OF MUSKEGON COUNTY FARM BUREAU RECEIVE SCHOLARSHIPS

Muskegon County Farm Bureau recently honored three local students for their academic excellence, leadership skills and contributions to their schools and community.

Receiving awards of $1000.00 each for the 2009-10 school year are, Deborah Navarre, Austin Kantola, Brittanie Lewis.

Deborah Navarre is the daughter of Christopher & Louraine Navarre, and is a 2008 graduate of Ravenna High School and is currently attending Michigan State University, majoring in Animal Science.

Austin Kantola, has chosen to pursue a degree in Mechanical Engineering, at ( undecided at this time). Austin is the son of Paul and Tammi Kantola and is a 2009 graduate of Ravenna High School.

Brittanie Lewis is a 2009 graduate of Orchard View High School, and will be seeking a degree in Nursing from Grand Valley State University. Brittanie is the daughter of Anita Lewis and Thomas Lewis..
