Increase membership involvement & activities

  * Assess the needs and wants of the membership
              ~ Gather feedback from membership

  * Increase P&E activities to 2 major events per year (Summer & Winter)
              ~Target audience: 50+ members and guests

  * Increase volunteer involvement
              ~ Increase from 10-15 year 1
              ~ Increase from 15-20 year 2
              ~ Increase from 20 to 25 year 3
              ~ Personal contacts will be key to make this happen

  * Increase the percentage of total involvement to statewide average (8.5%) in 5 years.
              ~ conduct more activities to provide opportunities for members to get involved
