Farm Bureau exists to amplify its members’ collective voice, but their individual voices often deserve their own spotlight…

It’s a great opportunity for Young Farmers to articulate their positions, which is very important today with current agricultural issues.
I participated when I was younger, and whether you’re at a board meeting or in front of 1,000 people, the discussion meets help you learn how to express yourself. The more times you do it, the easier it gets.
Now that I’m older, I’ve seen the difference it’s making for Young Farmers now.
Washtenaw County farmer Mike Fusilier sits on the MFB Board of Directors.
Young Farmer programming is supported in part by the Michigan Foundation for Agriculture, a 501c3 formed by Michigan Farm Bureau. Donations to the foundation help support its mission to support the future of Michigan agriculture through leadership and educational programming.
