The FARM Science Lab adds tremendous value to any school’s curriculum by making that connection between farming and science. It’s a win-win for agriculture and education, and that’s what I value most.
The hands-on activities and lessons are related to real-world topics and innovations in science, and I love seeing the kids’ faces light up when they discover they can make plastic out of corn or lip balm from soybeans! The teachers appreciate how much content is covered in just one 30-50-minute lesson and feel the lab is a great addition to their curriculum.
Since I have both a passion for agriculture and education, it’s been wonderful to witness the success of the FARM Science Lab and the current support for the second lab!
