LANSING — Members actively engaged in Farm Bureau programs have the next four weeks to complete a survey examining the organization’s leadership development offerings. Completing the survey puts you in the running for a two-night stay for two at the Grand Hotel on Mackinac Island, a family four pack of Cedar Point tickets, or an Amazon Echo.

“We’re looking for more detail about the leadership skills members glean from taking part in Michigan Farm Bureau programs,” said Alex Schnabelrauch, manager of MFB’s Young Farmer department. “We also want to hear about what skills our members would like to build on in the future.”
Specifically, the survey digs into which groups of people you use your leadership skills with, what leadership roles you have within MFB and outside of the organization and factors that influence your participation in leadership development programs. Interested members are encouraged to complete the online survey by April 3.
