The Young Farmer Agriculture Leader Award is designed to recognize successful young agriculturalists, with an ownership stake in a farm operation, for outstanding leadership in Farm Bureau, farming and throughout the agricultural community.
Hard work, intelligent planning and the development of leadership skills are key to success in the entire agricultural industry. Success needs to be recognized. Recognizing successful young farmers not only pays tribute to the individual, it also draws attention to agriculture. It emphasizes the need for highly efficient young farmer leaders to provide safe and quality food for all people.
