Farm Bureau Insurance of Michigan earned a “superior rating” for Personal Lines Claims customer experience by Ward Group. Farm Bureau was recognized for calendar year 2022.

This is the fourth time Farm Bureau has been recognized in this category, also earning the award in 2018 and 2020, and 2021.
