Farm Bureau customers who carry roadside coverage on either their business or personal auto policy and are in need of roadside assistance will have aid dispatched to them and service administered. Call (877) 324-6764 to receive assistance and then sign off on the service.
Services include towing, flat tire change, battery jump, emergency fuel, fluid delivery and lockout service. If towing is needed, roadside assistance will cover towing to a repair shop within 15 miles or to the nearest place of repair (up to $300).
Michigan Farm Bureau members who do not have roadside coverage on either their business or personal auto policy will be given three telephone numbers of tow truck companies closest to their disablement. It is the responsibility of the member to make the phone call as well as pay for any services rendered.
