I’m originally from Charlotte and moved right back there after graduating from Central Michigan University to raise my daughter around family.

My connection to agriculture is through my grandfather, who farmed cash crops his whole life with my great grandfather. I have a lot of great childhood memories of playing in the grain wagons with my brother!

My role at Farm Bureau is in the Public Policy & Commodity Division as the PAC Relations & Events Specialist. I serve our members working with the AgriPac Committee and in all things election-related.

I also plan our Washington Legislative Seminar, when we take 120+ members to Washington D.C. every March to meet with members of Congress and learn about national issues impacting Michigan agriculture.

Outside agriculture my number-one interest is just spending time with my wicked cool 11-year-old daughter Kaylee and our beautiful pup Bella. I also enjoy traveling, drinking probably too much coffee and reading psychological thriller and horror books!
