Your Lake Estate® policy keeps you protected from shoreline property damage caused by wave action from a storm.

Special Uses

Your Lake Estate® policy can include coverages for properties owned in the name of a trust or LLC or used as a rental through a home-sharing network platform like Airbnb, VRBO, etc.

With a Lake Estate® policy, you also get protection for lake-focused property like docks, boat hoists, sea walls, anchored rafts, water trampolines, slides, and ice shanties.

Scheduled Personal Articles (SPA)

Scheduled Personal Articles coverage protects personal items with special insurance needs like jewelry, fine art, and more.

Motorized Boats

As part of your Lake Estate® policy, we provide baseline protection for motorized boats like replacement costs on newer watercrafts, waterside assistance, and uninsured boaters protection. Higher limits are available through our Boat Insurance Policy.

Non-motorized Boats

As part of your Lake Estate® policy, we provide protection for non-motorized boats like kayaks, canoes, paddleboats, and more.

Additional Property

We offer protection for your valuable possessions, such as boat trailers, boating and fishing equipment, water skis and scuba/snorkeling gear, cameras, electronics and more.
