Update Regarding FB Drives Michigan! App Notifications

We are aware that some users with the FB Drives Michigan! telematics application, Routely, have received duplicate or multiple text messages and activation codes. Other users have not received a text message or activation codes at all. Please take a look at the applicable situations below to review the resolution for your situation:

We are aware users with the FB Drives Michigan! telematics application, Routely, have received duplicate or multiple text messages and activation codes. We are actively working with our business partner, Arity, to determine a resolution. Please review the following applicable situations:

If You Have Already Migrated

If you have already migrated to the new app, please disregard any additional welcome text messages.

No further action is required.

If You Have NOT Migrated Yet

If you have not already migrated to the new app:

  1. Download the new Routley app on Google Play or Apple App store.
  2. Enter the 7-character activation code from your welcome text message, as part of the FB Drives Michigan! upgrade.

Please be advised that the new Routely app requires iOS 17 or Android 10 as the minimum supported operating system.

If you did not receive a welcome text message and activation code for the new Routely app on February 25, 2026 as part of your FB Drives Michigan! experience, please review the following information.

To ensure you can complete your setup, we will be sending you a welcome text message with your activation code on Thursday, March 26.

Already Completed Setup?

If you have already completed your setup or are currently using the new Routely app, no further action is required.

Not Already Set Up?

If you are not yet set up, please watch for the text message, download the new Routely app on Google Play or Apple App store, and enter the 7‑character activation code included in the message as part of the FB Drives Michigan! upgrade. Activation codes are valid for 30 days.
