WHAT IT MEANS FOR YOU

If you currently have a due date of the 29th, 30th or 31st, the billing due date will be changed to the 28th
A renewal non-payment lapse notice will no longer be sent if your renewal invoice goes past due
New look and feel to both the policy and billing documents
New billing account number and policy number
An option for an enhanced billing experience with additional payment method options
If you pay bills online through your financial institution’s online bill pay service, you will need to update your Farm Bureau billing account number to avoid missed payments
If your payments are being made by your mortgage holder (lien bill) or through Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT)—your automatic payments will continue
