District 5 Young Farmers convene for chili, euchre

Almost 20 Young Farmers from across District 5 celebrated the holiday season with a friendly euchre tournament and chili cookoff.

Young Farmers from across District 5 — Clinton, Eaton, Genesee, Ingham and Shiawassee counties — snuck in their own holiday celebration before turning their attention back to their families this season.

Coming together in Clinton County, the group enjoyed a euchre tournament and chili cookoff. There was also some serious baking talent on display between all the home-made rolls and desserts.

Altogether some 20 Young Farmers enjoyed a great night of friendly competition, getting into the Christmas spirit and celebrating their harvest finishing up reasonably on time this fall — all in a way that only Farm Bureau can do!
