Michigan Farm Bureau welcomed Kendra Voelz to its Communications, Marketing and Media team March 2 as the organization’s new member benefits specialist, part of the brand and content marketing department.
Voelz will take on MFB’s portfolio of member-benefit programs with a focus on delivering true, measurable value to every member. She will manage vendor partnerships, ensure contract compliance and analyze performance to identify opportunities to strengthen and expand offerings.
Working closely with marketing, field staff, county Farm Bureaus and customer service teams, Voelz will help raise awareness of member savings and ensure benefits are well communicated and help every member fully understand — and feel — the value of their Farm Bureau savings.
Voelz has degrees in anthropology, museum studies and liberal arts. Her ability to build relationships, manage complex initiatives and turn strategy into action makes her a promising addition to the MFB staff.
Originally from Wisconsin, Voelz now lives in Lansing with her fiancé and is happiest hands-on exploring new places, striking out with her camera or working in her garden. She also enjoys baking sourdough and getting lost in a good book.
