Please read the following eBill and Mobile Wallet Terms and Conditions carefully before giving your consent to receive your Farm Bureau billing statements electronically through an eBill or Mobile Wallet service (each, a “Service”) provided by your financial institution or other Service provider.
By consenting to receive your billing statements electronically, you accept and agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions:
- ELECTRONIC DELIVERY OF BILLING STATEMENTS. By agreeing to use or using a supported Service, you consent to the electronic delivery of all available billing statements applicable to your Farm Bureau products. If we are unable to provide a statement to you electronically or if you request a paper copy of a statement, we will deliver a paper copy of the statement to you via U.S. Mail.
All other documents related to your Farm Bureau products, including past due notices, cancellations, privacy statements, announcements, information relating to applications, declaration pages, endorsements, and policy agreements, will continue to be delivered to you via U.S. Mail or by another method to which you have separately consented.
Your consent to receive billing statements electronically will remain in effect until termination or cancellation of your policy, or until you revoke your consent, and will not be affected by any modification or renewal of your policy.
- METHOD OF ELECTRONIC DELIVERY. We will electronically deliver your billing statements to your Service provider. Your Service provider will notify you of billing statements pursuant to its policies and procedures. Your billing statements will be available to view and download in your Service provider account. We encourage you to save your documents locally. If you believe you should have a new document, yet haven't received an email, please contact our Customer Service team at 800-292-2680.
- SOFTWARE AND HARDWARE REQUIREMENTS. The software and hardware required to receive and access your billing notices electronically may vary according to the policies and procedures of your Service provider and may require you to have access to a compatible internet browser or to download and use an application on your mobile device. To print documents, you must have access to a printer.
- CHANGING CONTACT INFORMATION. If you need to update the contact information used to receive billing notifications from your Service provider, such changes must be made through your Service provider according to its policies and procedures. If you need to update your contact information on your Farm Bureau products, you can do so anytime by contacting our Customer Service team at 800-292-2680. We are not responsible for problems arising from emails delivered or undelivered by your Service provider.
- CANCELING ELECTRONIC DELIVERY. You may cancel electronic delivery by following the applicable policies and procedures of your Service provider. You may also cancel or revoke your consent to electronic delivery at any time by contacting our Customer Service team at 800-292-2680.
We may cancel your electronic delivery at any time. Except in the case of fraud or illegal activity, we will provide you advance notice of our decision to cancel your electronic delivery.
Upon canceling electronic delivery, all subsequent billing statements will be mailed to you via U.S. Mail or by another method to which you have separately consented. The time it takes to process a change from electronic delivery to U.S. Mail delivery may vary. If your electronic delivery is cancelled, your paper billing statements may take longer to arrive than your electronic documents would have. Cancelling electronic delivery does not affect the legal effectiveness, validity, or enforceability of documents provided to you before the effective date of cancellation.
