Scholarship

The criteria are as follows:

1) Must be enrolled in a post-secondary school beginning in the Fall of 2026.

2) The application is due to the County Office by Friday, June 5th, 2026.

3) Submission must include: (1) Your resume (2) Scholarship Application Form (3) Separate sheet of Essay Answers. Please return originals, or email to the WCFB office.

4) Winners will be recognized at the 2026 Washtenaw County Farm Bureau Annual Meeting on Monday, September 21, 2026. 

5) Winners, or a proxy, will be asked to work at the 2026 Washtenaw County Young Farmer Golf Tournament on Saturday, September 12th, 2026. Brookside Golf Course, Saline. (Winners will be notified prior to the events.)

6) Winners will receive a complimentary one-year Washtenaw County Farm Bureau Membership and $1,000 Scholarship. (Disbursed in $500 increments upon proof of enrollment each semester.)
